We head to South Florida to go behind the scenes at Directions Not Included and tour Anna's craft room.

I absolutely love the paint color and the feel of the space. It is organized and cozy and feels like me. Does that make sense? When a space feels like you? Because that is the only way I can describe it. It is mine.

Tell us about your space

We bought this house since December 2010 and moved in February 2011. We have a spare room in our house which is my craft room and my husband's office. It also seems to be our cats' favorite room too. The room itself is not huge - about 10 x 11 - but it is the perfect size for what it is. The hubby is kinda annoying to share the space with, but the cats are great craft companions. For the most part I craft in this room. If I'm spray painting I'm usually outside, and occasionally I set up shop on my coffee table or dining room if I want to watch TV or need more space. I would venture to say, 90% of all crafts happen in this room. Amid the cute decor and the cat hair ;)

What have you done to make your space cosy, beautiful or inspiring?

I absolutely love the color scheme on the walls and the feel of being in one space with my husband. Cheesy, I'm sure, but it is the truth. I have a gallery wall on one wall with some images and items that inspire me - mostly, a few prints I've made, some original albums from the Beatles or Bob Dylan, photographs of loved ones and the like. The room will continue to evolve, but it will always be inspiring.

How do you keep organized?

Have a place for everything. Even if it is the smallest thing or a sheet of paper. If you keep yourself organized from the beginning it will keep you space so much more manageable.

Any tips & tricks for organising supplies?

Which are your favourite possessions and are there any of your own creations on display?

I love my Silhouette and my sewing machine. I might be slightly obsessed with both. That is healthy right?

How do you organise your inspiration and ideas?

Pinterest. Hands down it is the place I spend way more time than I care to admit.

Where do you look for inspiration?

Pinterest. And other blogs. I love the network I've made blogging for inspiration.

If you had three wishes, what would you do to make it the dream space?

1. More square footage. I love that I have any space but some extra area would be great.
2. A bigger workspace. The thought of a large island to work off of would be dreamy.
3. Something to contain dust. Let's be serious here, all the supplies in a craft room can get dusty. I wish there was a way to keep everything behind closed doors or other concealment to keep it all dust free.
