  Step 1

  Take a paper bag!

  Step 2

  Then rip open the bottom of the bag.

  Step 3

  Then Lay it down flat and draw your boot shape.

• 

  Step 4

  Cut out your boots.

• 

  Step 5

  You can crinkle them if you want, it adds some character and helps to hold its shape.

• 

  Step 6

  Fold the top of the boots down to make cuffs and then staple the sides together.

• 

  Step 7

  You can paint your stockings any color you want or you can Mod Podge magazine pictures to it (you have to Mod Podge it any way)

  I just used water color paints, acrylic is better to use though, but I didn't have any acrylics paints :C

  Step 8

  Then I glued cotton balls around the cuffs and then I mod podge'd it so it has a nice shine and holds its shape. I added a little glitter too, but you can't really tell.

  Then tad da! You have your Christmas stocking made out of a paper bag!
