Quick and easy, no rise dough
So simple to make, i just come home and make up the dough and in 30 minutes i have a cooked pizza!! This recipe has become a family staple (we eat it like 3-4 times a week!!) So, because it doesn't rise, its not going to be really fluffy dough- thats the point. If you want a 'crust' when you lay out the dough make one on the side, if not just roll the dough out flat!!

Ingredients:
3 cups flour (all purpose, but i use wheat)
1 package dry yeast (or .25 oz, or 1tsp.)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white sugar( you can use honey or agave or other substitute)
1 cup warm water( 45/c or 110/f)
1 teaspoon salt
Toppings

You Will Need

  • Step 1

Mix salt, sugar, yeast and flour in bowl, add oil and warm water, divide dough into as many pizzas as your making, roll em out, lay em out and top with whatever you want

Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes, might have to go longer!

  • Step 2

My favorite toppings are WHOLE TOMATOES, not sauce, but unsalted canned tomatoes so much better for you! I also like to make kale chips and sprinkle them on top (see my other how to) and i also get crazy with the cheese. Sometimes i don't use any, sometimes i like a little mozzerella! I also use basil and garlic as a seasoning (no salt) and onions and mushrooms are an obvious!! :)

    Have funn!
