    GROOM’s TOP HAT
    (barrel part of top hat)

    Inside loops only - 1 sc in each (12 sc)

    Fasten off leaving enough yarn to sew visor part of top hat on and to sew hat to head
    (visor part of top hat)

    2 sc in each sc (12st)

    Fasten off and weave in ends
    Lightly stuff barrel part of top hat and sew to visor part
    Sew onto groom’s head

    FLOWERS (make 4, 3 for Bride’s veil and 1 for Groom’s corsage)
    2 sc
    6 sc in second chain from hook
    [3 HDC in 1 sc, ss, skip 1 st] 3 times
    Fasten off
    Attach to bride and groom with a button as center of flower

    DETAILING
    Use a small piece of tulle or lace for Bride’s veil and “overlay” on her wings
    Cut and sew on wing or heart-shaped wing, out of felt, for wings on both lovebird
    Cut and sew a diamond shape beak, out of felt, for beaks on both lovebirds

    ABBREVIATION KEY
    Sc = single crochet
    St = stitch
    Ss = slip stitch
    HDC = half double crochet
    [ ] = repeat instructions within bracket to end of round
    Inc = increase
    Dec = decrease

    I used a G crochet hook for all

amigurumi is one of the easiest ways to learn crochet (in my opinion) i learned from ana paula rimoli's ami books, CUUUUUTE stuff and easy to follow! <3 maggie
