1. 

   Make a pack of buttercake or vanilla cake mix, whichever you prefer, according to directions. Pour mixture into 12 muffin cases and cook as directed.

2. 

   Now to make the vienna cream icing :)
   
   You need 125g butter, 1.5 cups icing sugar, 1tbs milk.
   
   Using an electric mixer, beat butter until pale and creamy. Gradually add in all the icing sugar and milk.
   
   I didn't add any flavouring as it is very sweet and tasty as is. I added pink food coloring but yellow also looks good.




3. 

   After allowing the cupcakes to cool, spread the vienna cream icing onto each cake.

4. 

   Now for decorating XD
   
   Get a bag of mixed colors marshmallows. Each cupcake needs 5 petals/2.5 marshmallows. Cut each marshmallow in half with scissors/a knife. Squeeze both the end of the marshmallow to make it look more like a petal. Press onto icing.
   
   I added some pink sprinkles onto some of the cupcakes for more pink :D
   
   Add a smartie/chocolate bud in the middle of each cupcake for the centre of the flower.
