This tradition dish combines fish with a cream sauce covered with cheese.

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Step 2

    Put the fish in a large pot and boil for 5 to 10 minutes, then DRAIN


  3. Step 3

    in a smaller pot melt butter and add flour and milk. STIR till thick.

  4. Step 4

    Take the fish and mix it in with the sauce.

    now in a greased dish, pour your fish/sauce into a baking dish.

    Put shredded cheese on the top and pop into the oven for about 20 min.
