My daughter wanted a Barbie party for her sixth birthday. This is what I came up with. Cake is french vanilla and chocolate layers(4). Icing is chocolate buttercream covered in marshmallow fondant. I made mini cupcakes to go along, they were marble cake. Then I covered the cupcakes in candy melts and put fondant decorations on. I also wrote the Happy Birthday message with candy melts. I made the Barbie decoration from candy melts and was disappointed because I didn't have any yellow oil based food color to make Barbies hair blonde.
