Delicious, no bake, easy to make Bars.

You will need

Base
225 g Digestive Biscuits Crushed 115 g Butter 3 tbsp Cocoa 50 g Chocolate 1 tbsp Sugar
Filling
340 g Icing Sugar 2-3 tsp Peppermint Extract 3-4 tsp Water Hot Green Food Colourings Optional
Topping
100 g Chocolate Mint Biscuit(s)

Delicious, no bake, easy to make Bars.

Instructions

1. 

   Base... In a pan heat butter, cocoa, sugar & chocolate until melted & smooth.

2. 

   Add the crushed biscuits. Mix together.

3. 

   Press into a tray. Set aside.

4. 

   Filling... Place all ingredients together. Beat until smooth.

5. 

   Pour over the base.

6. 

   Topping... Melt chocolate. Pour over the filling.

7. 

   Break mint biscuit up. Sprinkle over the top. Allow to set.

8. 

   Cut & serve.
